If the agent or the shipper want to submit the claim, the consignee must assign its rights by sending a letter signed by a representative within the company. The “External Notice” (Format attached) must be filled out and sent by mail, e-mail or fax. What documentation should you send to Tampa Cargo?Please include the following information when sending in your claim.We remind you that the formal claim must be presented by the consignee that appears on the Master Air Waybill.
